Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer SDE -I, who believes in execution, possesses a challenge-accepted nature, and loves to build great products.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Someone who can help us in co-creating product vision and roadmap along with Product Managers. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

The primary role of Customer Success would be to evaluate how customers utilise our product and identify areas for improvement for maximising retention. As CST, you will have to take the lead in maintaining relationships with the existing customers where your role is not limited to just training the customer’s team but also providing actionable insights to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating the successful onboarding of new customers
- Assessing customer requirements, solving problems, anticipating future needs, and generally serving as the customers’ voice within NeoDove
- Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the customer and employees to work on.
- Increasing customers LTV and reducing churn
- Achieving annual renewal and upselling revenue targets
- Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our customers and build their loyalty towards NeoDove, by continuously displaying the value proposition and benefits of NeoDove.
- Get their feedback and represent their voice within the relevant decision junctions to improve our products.
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other members of the department.
- Implementation and execution of systems and handholding of customer’s team to train them and improve onboarding process
- Work diligently towards improving all aspects of the customer experience with NeoDove.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Ensuring that any problem or concerns is resolved in minimum time possible
- Analyse and communicate with customers in overall performance and execution of action plans.
- Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growthmopportunities for our clients.
- Present your analysis and recommendations to the client and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding NeoDove.
Skills
- B .tech (CS, IT, EC), B.CA Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
- Strong customer delivery experience, managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SAAS applications, etc.
- Excellent product and process knowledge.
- You have a strong interest in new technologies, data, apps, and/or a great understanding of the mobile app industry.
- Must have had hands on working knowledge of Implementation experience with the business applications.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent listening, negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview:
We are looking for people who can take ownership of the Customer Support department and who love the job of making customers happy, who love making customers successful, an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for customer satisfaction and who can understand the pain of customers.
The Role is to deliver high quality support to technical and non-technical users of NeoDove through email, phone, Google Meet and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues in using NeoDove Product.
- Help in keeping customers extremely satisfied and thereby contributing to customer retention.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Resolving all customer issues in a time bound manner. Comply with the SLA for issue resolution.
- Onboarding new customers: Providing Admin and User training e.t.c (over web).
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, google meet until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Work closely with customer success and technical teams to enhance the quality of existing products.
- Manage and monitor customers’ expectations.
- Present your analysis and recommendations to the client and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding NeoDove.
Skills
- B .tech Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
- 1-2 years of strong customer delivery experience, managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SAAS applications, etc.
- Customer support experience – supporting web based software platforms SaaS
- Excellent product and process knowledge.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software, understand customer requirements & workflow and resolve more advanced issues working within escalation procedures.
- Fair knowledge of API, Webhooks, Connectors.
- Good to have understanding of at least one of the programming languages (PHP, Java, Python).
- Operational support experience – ability to capture the user environment during troubleshooting & work towards speedy and accurate resolutions for client issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, strong written & verbal communication and documentation skills
