CSTM role is to evaluate how customers utilize our products and services and identify areas for improvement to maximize retention. As CSTM, you will take the lead in the maintaining relationship with the existing customers where you not only need to train customer’s team but also provide actionable insights to the decision makers of the customer.  We seek someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for customer satisfaction, who takes a hands-on approach to building business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Area (KRAs)

  • Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our customers and build their loyalty towards NeoDove, by continuously displaying value proposition and benefits of NeoDove and hence improving their processes and increase customer’s revenue
  • Get their feedback and represent their voice within relevant decision junctions to improve our products according to their business needs
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
  • Implementation and execution of systems and handholding of customer’s team to train them and improve onboarding process
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
