As a Product Owner, you will be working closely with founding team members to organize and prioritize the backlog for the scrum team. Apart from this, you’ll also be responsible for gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out products that deliver our company’s vision.

This is a high growth opportunity working with Small and Medium Enterprises where you have to acquire new customers and businesses. It will involve you positioning our product to businesses looking to improve their efficiency. As a Growth Manager, you will be managing and developing a team of executives. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members in the sales process. In this role, you will report on sales activity and forecast to the founding team.

:

●       Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.

●        Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations and perform effective online demos to demonstrate the value propositions of NeoDove.

●        Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline towards targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.

●        Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate NeoDove solutions and customer requirements.

●        Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

●        Analyse and communicate with customers in overall performance and execution of action plans and Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.

●        Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.

●        Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.

●        Coordinate with Customer Success Team (CST) to analyse and communicate with the  customers on overall performance and execution of action plans.

●        Implementation and execution of systems and handholding of the customer’s team to train them.

SKILLS

:

●        Proven Inside sales experience, preferably at an Internet start-up or SaaS industry.

●        Track – record of over achieving the target allotted.

●        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

●        Strong listening and presentation skills.

●      Positive and energetic phone skills.

●      Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach.
