The click-through rate (CTR) is the ratio of clicks to impressions. It’s the percentage of people who actually click an ad to visit the advertiser’s website.
If you’re a business owner or advertiser, you’ve probably spent a lot of time looking at your ad metrics, such as clicks, impressions, conversions, and more. However, the one metric that you should focus on the most is your click through rate (CTR). This is the percentage of people who see your ad that actually click on it. The higher your CTR, the more likely it is that your ads are performing well.
CTR stands for click-through rate. It is one of the most important metrics for PPC advertising. CTR measures the number of clicks received on an ad as a proportion of the number of impressions. So, if you have a CTR of 0.5% you will receive five clicks for every 100 ads you see. If you get 100 clicks on your ads, then you have a 1% CTR.
