In order to begin, you need to find Facebook Ads Manager. Then, select the Ads tab option.

Step 2 – Select your Ad

Choose the Ad whose lead data you’d like to download.

Step 3 – Locate the toolbar

Then on the toolbar, click the 3-dotted icon located below the Ads tab. Then, click the ‘Download leads data’ option.

Step 4 – Choose your date range

Select a date range. This lets you download all leads during your chosen time period. After selecting your chosen date range, click ‘Download’.

Step 5 – Download your leads data

You will then see the Ad name for your lead alongside the total counted leads for your chosen date range. You can then click XLS or CSV for downloading the file. This allows you to do so in a format of your preference.
